No. I just go to a lot of their shows to film since
they don't care about people bringing cameras. They
are, however, a bunch of nice dudes.
May I distribute your
videos to other places on the internet?
Of course. They're meant to be shared. The only two
things that I ask is:
1.Email me first to tell me what
you're doing and where you're doing it.
2.Please give me credit for the
video.
May I take a portion of your video and distribute
that?
Sure, but this is where it gets a bit iffy. I have a
title card in the beginning of all of my videos that
says who it's by and where it's from. If you remove
that you need to make sure you give me credit. But
again, if you could email me and tell me where it's
going, I'd like to see (just for curiosity).
May I re-encode/mess with the quality of the video?
For me to
tell you not to is ridiculous, however, if you
distribute it, please make a title card with the
video or somehow try and tell people there is a
better quality video out there and to contact me for
more information. (This is done only because I'd
like to keep a name for the relatively high quality
of my videos.)
Are you interested in being part of my
blog/whatever else?
I've
already had a few people ask me to be part of a site
of theirs and I was thrilled. Just email me and I'll
more than likely like to help you out.
You haven't responded to my email/I haven't
received my video from you! Am I ugly?
Not to
sound overly important or egotistical but I'm been
incredibly busy lately and I unfortunately let some
things slip by. If this is the case I am TERRIBLY
sorry. If you feel I have forgotten about you do not
be afraid to email me and ask what's up. I realize
this could be aggravating and I can't apologize
enough for it but I'm only human. Yes you are ugly.
If there is a show in your area that you aren't
going to, could I pay for your ticket to get you to
film the performance for me?
As long as
I don't have anything going on, of course.

No, no no no no no no no no no no no no. This is
huge. I thought this would go unsaid but I've gotten
some emails about this very subject. Please respect
the hard working bands and just distribute this
stuff for free. Spread the word but don't make
someone pay for it. That's ridiculous.
